Our History

Sevilla’s Catering started many years ago, in the kitchen of Ofelia Trinidad Sevilla. As the mother of 6 children, she started creating new recipes to make every Sunday, which is a family day, special. It is from these recipes that this business was conceptualized.

Originally started as a food kiosk at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines,  under the name  "Toppings Queen".  Over the years, Sevilla’s Catering gained traction. The food proved to be so popular that Toppings Queen started receiving orders from people including teachers, employees, and students who were looking for inexpensive food, but of good quality.

It was here that Sevilla’s Catering came into fruition.
